By accessing and using the ClayRare website (the "Site") located at www.clayrare.com and making purchases from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Site.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation of all content, is the property of ClayRare or its suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws. The unique handmade designs of our nails, jewelry, and accessories are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
Handmade Product Description
Our products are handmade, meaning each piece is unique. You acknowledge and agree that the product you receive may have slight variations in color, shape, size, or pattern from the images displayed on the website. These variations are not defects but a characteristic of handmade craftsmanship. We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be perfectly precise.
Orders and Payment
- Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on product availability, inaccuracies in product information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention protocols.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed on the Site at the time your order is placed.
- Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processors. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
- No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind or if a press-on nail size does not fit, as we provide a full set of sizes for customization.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be required to provide photographs. Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a refund.
- Refunds: Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within a specified number of business days.
User Responsibilities and Product Care
- Press-On Nails: You are responsible for selecting the correct size and for the proper application, wear, and removal of press-on nails. We are not liable for any damage to your natural nails. Follow all provided instructions carefully.
- Jewelry and Accessories: Our polymer clay and cream glue items are delicate. You agree to follow the provided care instructions (e.g., avoiding water, chemicals, and sharp impacts). We are not liable for damage caused by misuse.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClayRare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you ordered.
Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
