Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All our items are made-to-order or hand-finished with care. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before your order is shipped. Custom orders may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods and Times:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • USPS First-Class Mail: Estimated delivery 3-5 business days.

  • USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery 2-3 business days.

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. ClayRare is not responsible for delays once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking information indicates a package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and neighbors first. ClayRare is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements in these cases.

Return & Refund Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Due to the handmade, custom, and hygienic nature of our products, we have a strict policy.

All Sales Are Final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or simply not liking the product.
  • If a press-on nail size does not fit (we provide a full set of sizes for you to find your perfect match).
  • Minor variations in color or design, which are a natural and celebrated characteristic of handmade items.

What If My Item is Damaged or Incorrect?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives with damaged items or is incorrect due to an error on our part, we will make it right.

All Sales Are Final - No Returns or Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, the following items are absolutely final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Press-On Nail Sets (once the protective seal is broken or if the glue tab backing is removed).
  • Earrings (for any style that penetrates the ear, due to hygiene reasons).
  • Any custom or personalized order.

All Sales Are Final - No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the handmade, hygienic, and custom nature of our entire product range, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any of our products, including but not limited to:

  • Press-On Nail Sets
  • Jewellery (earrings, necklaces, rings, etc.)
  • Accessories
  • Custom or Personalized Orders

This policy is in place because each item is uniquely crafted. We cannot resell handmade goods for hygiene and quality control reasons once they have left our studio.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
