    What makes your products handmade and unique?

    Every piece is individually crafted by hand, not mass-produced. This means slight variations in color, pattern, and shape are to be expected and are what give each item its own unique character. No two pieces are exactly alike!

    How can I care for my handmade item to make it last?

    Avoid prolonged exposure to water, harsh chemicals (perfume, lotion, hairspray), and extreme heat. Store items separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches. See specific care instructions for each material below.

    What is the difference between glue and adhesive tabs?

    Glue offers a long-lasting, strong hold (typically 1-2 weeks). Adhesive Tabs provide a temporary hold (usually 1-3 days) and are much easier to remove, making them ideal for short-term wear or if you like to change your style frequently.

    Can the nails be reused?

    Yes, if removed carefully! Gently clean off any leftover adhesive from the back with a cotton bud and alcohol. They can typically be reused 2-3 times, depending on the removal method.

    Is the jewellery waterproof?

    The sealed polymer clay itself is water-resistant, meaning it can handle brief contact with water (like washing hands). However, we strongly recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, or doing dishes to protect the finish and any metal components from tarnishing over time.

    Why does my jewellery have a slight smell?

    This is normal for newly crafted polymer clay items and is often from the varnish. The smell is harmless and will fade naturally within a few days of being exposed to air.

    How should I clean my polymer clay jewellery?

    Gently wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not use chemical cleaners or submerge the piece in water.

    What is your return and exchange policy?

    Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products (especially nails), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or is incorrect. Please see our full Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions on what to do if this happens.
